The Covington/Etter/Walker Worked-Based Learning Scholarship is a $1,000 scholarship given annually to Marietta High School students who are currently involved in the Youth Apprenticeship Program and active in one of the six career Technical Student Organizations. The scholarship is based on dependability, attendance, and community service. This scholarship is named for past Work-Based Learning and DCT coordinators: Edward C. Covington, Carl R. Etter, and Louis C. Walker.
