The Rose Wing Endowment to Benefit West Side Elementary
Rose Wing spent 47 years teaching in the Marietta City Schools System. She began her career when there were inkwells on the desks, and ended it when there were personal computers.
As a tribute to this Marietta legend, her family and friends established the Rose Wing Endowment at the Marietta Schools Foundation to benefit her beloved West Side Elementary.
November was Rose’s birthday month, and we’d like to encourage everyone, especially those who had Rose as a teacher, to celebrate her birthday with a memorial tax deductible gift contribution to the Rose Wing Endowment.
Her endowment continues her legacy of learning and love of Marietta schools.
